Hello my name is William Moore, a native of North Carolina I graduated from NCCU with a B.S. in Business Management. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’ve been involved in fitness and athletics for about 20 years. I was a member of the North Carolina Central University football team as well as associate director of intramural sports. After sustaining a major injury to my knee, I had to undergo a complete knee reconstruction. This turn of events led me down the path to health and fitness. I then moved to NYC where I pursued modeling for a short periond. I worked many years at Equinox Fitness, Crunch Fitness and the Training Academy. I attained invaluable experience in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Interval Training, and Sports Fitness training. In conclusion, I love to help people! This has enabled me to excel in this field. I also love creating healthy alternatives to all our favorite foods!
